Clear with fine and persistent bubbles and a constant crown. Citrine colour with slight golden hints. Aroma Fruity, fresh with slight notes of blueberry and cassis combined with a light jam of white-fleshed fruit. Flavour Elegant, masked by a well married brioche, crisp, elegant, enveloping mousse and persistent finish.
Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. From the Baga variety, only around 40% of the grape yield was used. Espumantização by the classic method.
Maturation of 18 months in cellar and 3 months after Dégorgement.
