Winemaker: Osvaldo Amado. Vinification: Crushing with total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Espumantization by classic method. Maturation: 48 months in cellar and 3 months after degorgement.
