Fragrant, thin and elegant, with many citrus notes. Full and rich in the mouth, young but already very harmonious, impeccable acidity in the long and full end of class. Very gastronomic. As an appetizer, not too spicy fish and white meat delicacies and desserts
Winemaker: Osvaldo Amado. Vinification: Crushing with total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Espumantization by classic method. Maturation: 48 months in cellar and 3 months after degorgement.
