Quinta das Arcas
Vinho Verde sparkling wine, produced from grapes from organic vineyards, using the classic method, with 18 months of bottle aging.
Serving suggestion: Roast suckling pig in the oven or paired with pastries and fruits, such as the traditional oak-cask melon. Also ideal for celebration moments.
Vinification: Grapes handpicked from old Arinto vines, certified organic. The base wine fermentation was carried out with organic yeasts.
No maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. No animal-derived products were used.
The second fermentation was carried out by the classic bottle method, with organic yeasts and without additives or animal-derived products.
Disgorging after 18 months of bottle aging. Bottled with low sulfite levels and without additives.
