A bivarietal sparkling wine, white in colour, with very fine and elegant bubbles. In the mouth it is fresh with vivifying acidity, leaving an exquisite and lingering flavour.

Quinta da Falorca
Founded by the Costa Barros de Figueiredo family more than 5 generations ago, the estate now comprises 4 vineyards with a production area of 13 ha – Vale de Escadinhas, Barreiro, Esmoitada and Falorca – in the sub-region of Silgueiros. With vineyards occupying about 13 ha of the farm and located on the slopes of the Dão River, facing south and therefore with full sun exposure, Quinta Vale das Escadinhas has all the characteristics of the Demarcated Region, and it is here that the production of some of the best wines in the Dão is concentrated, with several awards won over the years.
