Created to define a unique style Mimadu is distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity.
Mimadu is an aromatized cocktail (0% sugar) with low alcohol content (7%). Made from different varieties of northern Portuguese wines, some reserves, specially selected to enhance its maturity, complexity and constancy. The natural fruit gives it elegance and freshness.

We have been friends for over 15 years, so it is possible to say that our project started at the same time, since we met we have always had the will to create something of our own. Some people say that there must be a line between friendships and business, we think differently, friendships make us want to be better people and we stop looking at the product only as a source of income. As a well-known American businessman, John Rockefeller said, “A friendship created in business is better than business created in friendship.” As we liked new experiences and had already researched several brands in the world where bottles conveyed a magical image, we decided that we wanted to try to do the same, but 100% Portuguese and without additives artificiais. So we explored some farms in the Amarante area, Penafiel and started the production of our product, the junction of a Portuguese sparkling wine with natural fruit.
