Citrine coloured, with a defined and persistent bubble. Young with nuances of toast and dried fruit. Fruity, fresh and soft, crispy mousse and good persistence.
Full destemming, gentle pressing, natural static decantation. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Spumanization by the classic method. Stage of 9 months in cellar and 1 month after dégorgement.

Adega de Cantanhede
Founded in 1954 by a group of 100 winegrowers, Adega de Cantanhede today has 500 active winegrowers and an annual production of 6 to 7 million kilos of grapes. It is the main producer in the Bairrada Demarcated Region, representing about 40% of the region’s overall production. Today it certifies around 80% of its production, being the leader in sales of Bairrada DOC and Beira Atlântico IGP wines.
