Climate: Typically Mediterranean, found in the Vidigueira sub-region where the climatic conditions are the most temperate in Alentejo, providing an optimal microclimate for the production of high-quality wines.
Soils: Low-productivity, of granitic and schist origin. Great pedological potential for vine cultivation and for obtaining excellent wines.
Vinification: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation of the base wine in stainless steel tanks. Second alcoholic fermentation in bottle at controlled temperatures.
Aging: Disgorgement after a nine-month aging on the lees.
