Beautiful onion peel colour and very fine, expressive yet delicate aroma of wild berries. The aromatic delicacy contrasts with the explosive mouthfeel, resulting in a sparkling wine full of sparkle and flavour.
Balanced maturation, with 3 harvest passages. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 14°C. Grapes transported in perforated 15 kg boxes. Destemmed grapes followed by skin maceration. Pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. Ageing on lees for about 4 years. Dégorgement without added sugar – Brut Nature.
