HARVEST: Manual harvest in perforated 15 kg boxes.
VINIFICATION AND AGING: Pinot Noir harvested in early August 2013. The grapes were gently cold-pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. The tirage was performed in April 2014, following the classic method. The wine aged on the lees in the bottle for 107 months, with disgorgement carried out in March 2023.
