On the nose it is light and refreshing, fruity, oral, herbaceous, white flowers, pear, apple, banana, notes of plum and ripe plum with some mineral notes.
Pro-Spiritz is specially adapted, recommended by Aperol, to prepare Aperol-Spiritz. Intended to be enjoyed young and well-chilled in Aperol Spiritz, or even in cocktails with complementary fruits.
