Delicate and elegant, with light notes of biscuit, hints of lemon blossom and orange peel. The citrus component is more evident in the mouth, expressive, with a refreshing lemony tone that prolongs the lively and cheerful finish.
The grapes are completely destemmed and then pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. The sparkling wine base is then bottled,
with the inoculation of free yeasts, for the second fermentation in the bottle, where it remains for around 16 months, until the “degorgement” date.
