A fine, elegant aroma with orange blossom, tangerine peel and toasted notes. On the palate it's elegant with some citrus fruit well present, vibrant acidity and the typical minerality of the variety.
A very gastronomic sparkling wine, ideal to accompany oven roasts, fatty fish and Asian cuisine.
Harvest: Manual.
Vinification: Destemming and careful pressing at low pressure. Cold static decanting. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Ageing in well-used barrels. Second fermentation in stainless steel vats under pressure (Charmat method).
Ageing: An average of 12 months in well-used French oak barrels.
