Combining the freshness and elegance of the Bical, Cercial, Arinto, and Maria Gomes grape varieties with the complexity and persistence of the white wine from the Baga grape, and blending this precious “blend” with respect for the tradition of the classic process, we have created this sparkling wine with fine bubbles, fruity aroma, and balanced acidity. Aging: 9 months in the bottle before disgorgement. Tasting notes: Pale citrine color. Intensely fruity aroma with predominant notes of exotic fruits (mango and passion fruit). On the palate, it is persistent, soft, and with a slightly acidic finish that gives it great freshness. Gastronomy: We suggest enjoying it during social moments and as an aperitif, or paired with various fish or meat dishes.
