Ryusei Nagomi

Its beautiful name “Nagomi” evokes the calm and serenity it brings when tasted. With a beautiful acidity, it never tires and is mainly intended for pairing with meals.

Its nose combines fruits (pink grapefruit) and spices (nuts, rice powder). Its dry taste unfolds in the mouth while remaining soft thanks to the characteristic softness of Hiroshima’s soft water.

It can be consumed chilled, between 10-15°C, or warm, between 45-55°C, depending on preference.

Try it with oysters and fresh dishes like ceviche.

Fujii Shuzo

Founded in 1863, the sake brewery Fujii Shuzo is located in the city of Takehara (known as little Kyoto for its picturesque scenery).

Its sake, under the brand Ryusei, stood out in the first national sake competition organized in Japan in 1907, winning first place. Mr. Fujii, owner of this small family brewery, perpetuates the tradition with rigor, sincerity, and excellence.
