Quinta dos Poços
The harvest is done by hand and the grapes are transported to the winery in small boxes. This is followed by total destemming, crushing, and pressing with decantation in stainless steel at cold temperatures. The completely clean must is then transferred to another stainless steel tank where it ferments at a controlled temperature around 15ºC until all the sugars are exhausted. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine remains in stainless steel until preparation for bottling, where it undergoes only a slight fining with mineral agents and then careful filtration before filling the bottles in order to preserve all its aromatic potential. Product with natural stabilization.

Wine to be drunk young. As a simple aperitif or to accompany dishes such as grilled fish, sushi, or light appetizers, and even white meat. Serve at 6 to 8ºC.
Bottles should be stored horizontally in a place protected from light, clean, airy, with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
