Côtto Rosé presents a light salmon-pink hue. On the nose, fresh fruit aromas blend with subtle floral notes. On the palate, elegance is revealed through a smooth and refined texture. It finishes fresh and inviting.

Quinta do Côtto

DOC Douro Baixo-Corgo.

Viticulture:
Grapes sourced from a selection of vineyard plots on the estate, located between 350 and 440 meters in altitude with varying exposures. All grapes are hand-harvested.

Vinification:
After destemming and crushing, a gentle pressing was carried out, followed by cold-settling for must clarification. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine rested for four months in tank before bottling.
