This wine comes from vineyards between 5 and 20 years old, with about 5000 feet per hectare, located at 500 m height and planted in granite soils with sand lines. This wine is obtained after manual harvesting of the box grapes. It is followed by a short maceration and slow fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature of 14 to 17ºC in order to preserve all the elegance and aromatic characteristics.
