Chocapalha wines reflect our passion for the unique terroir of the estate and the careful work we carry out in the fields and in the cellar. This combination results in fresh, balanced, and elegant wines, with excellent aging potential.
Vinification: The must, obtained through direct pressing of the best plots of Touriga Nacionaland Tinta Roriz, from vines 28 years old, fermented in stainless steel tanks for 21 days, at low temperatures. The wine remained in contact with the fine lees for 6 months.
