Quinta das Cerejeiras
A regional wine from Lisbon with a strong Atlantic influence.
The grapes from indigenous varieties are hand-harvested to preserve their characteristics. After being destemmed and lightly crushed, they undergo a short skin maceration for 6 hours. Then, following a gentle pressing of the solids, the must ferments in open spout at a controlled temperature of 16ºC for 20 days. Bottling takes place after 6 months of aging in stainless steel tanks.
Food Pairing: This Rosé is an excellent aperitif. Ideal to pair with pâtés, roasted fish dishes, poultry, and white meats.
