The nose has great impact, remarkably elegant and complex, with hints of raspberry. The palate is delicate, vibrant and fresh. This is a classy rosé – a strong character.
TERROIR
The Bairrada region has a Mediterranean/Atlantic climate, influenced by Atlantic sea breeze, and protected by mountain ranges of Caramulo and Buçaco, which means hot days and cool nights in the summer. The vines grow exposed to the sun and are planted in soft hills of clayey-limestone soils.
