Cherry color. Grape and pear aromas, but the peach stands out in a retronasal way. Floral and spice notes are also present. In the mouth you can feel the structure, body and the presence of discreet tannins. Greedy and chubby, this wine maintains its elegance in a long finish provided by freshness and acidity.
During manual harvest, the wort was subjected to slight skin contact and subsequent bleeding. Fermentation at 14ºC for 18 days with the wine remaining in fine sludge during the winter months.
Contains sulphites.
