O Produtor, tasting note published in March 7th 2023
Light salmon color. The aroma is marked by red fruits, well balanced with a lively vegetal component. On the palate, it reveals a wine with volume, well-balanced acidity, and a prolonged finish.
Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed, then cooled in the vat to a temperature of 10ºC. They rest for 8 hours to allow for greater extraction of aromas from the skins without necessarily extracting too many anthocyanins and tannins. Subsequently, the fermenting must, obtained before pressing, is clarified and fermented at controlled temperature.
