It has typical rosé aromas, the most notable of which is the aroma of wild berries, characteristic of Touriga Nacional.
It reveals a light salmon pink colour with notes of red fruit in the aroma, such as raspberry. On the palate it has remarkable acidity, which gives it freshness.
Pacheca Rosé” is a wine that comes mainly from a selected vineyard of Touriga Nacionaland Tinta Roriz, which has given it a medium alcohol content and high acidity.
It was vinified using the traditional Bica Aberta method and has the typical aromas of rosés, the most prominent of which is the aroma of wild berries, characteristic of Touriga Nacional.
