Pale salmon colour, notes of strawberries and white-fleshed fruit. In the mouth it is very fresh and elegant with fresh fruit.
With a deep commitment to upsetting the status quo and bringing viticulture back to its forgotten roots in our region, the current generation at Morgado do Quintão is trying to shape a new perspective on Algarve wine, seizing an opportunity to nurture the land where the vine first came to the Iberian Peninsula. Manual harvesting, in 20 kg boxes, whole bunch pressing, maceration in press.
