Light pink, fresh and fruity, with pleasant aromas of strawberry and white flowers. Good acidity, elegant and structured. Long and fresh.
Mechanical harvesting during the night. Total disengagement. Maceration for about 8 hours. Vacuum pressing, fermentation with controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel vats for 10 to 15 days followed by aging.
Contains sulphites.

Casa Relvas was born out of the desire to continue the history of a family connected to the earth over five generations on two continents. This family project was started in 1997 in São Miguel de Machede, in Redondo, by Alexandre Relvas, who saw the vast horizons of his roots in Africa at the São Miguel Estate. His passion for the Alentejo and respect for its unique and genuine nature led to the first step being the typical foresting of the montado. But it was in the vineyard, a culture with over 2000 years of history in the region, that we discovered our vocation.
