Maïa
MAÏA rosé is a blend of 65% Cinsault, 20% Grenache, 10% Vermentino, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards planted at Château St Maur, in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation, on deep limestone slopes. Generous sunshine, coupled with sea breezes from the nearby Mediterranean Sea, provides the perfect conditions for producing this fresh and elegant rosé.
Winemaking: Direct pressing and maceration of the cloudy must for 5 days before cold settling. Thermo-controlled fermentation at 16°C to preserve the fresh fruit aromas. Aged on the lees with regular stirring for 2 months.
Blended by two Masters of Wine, Liam Steevenson and Mark Pygott, no expense is spared along the journey from vine to bottle, ensuring that MAÏA rosé is the perfect drink to capture the spirit of Provence, evocative of sunny days and long meals around the table with friends and family.
Delicious served as an aperitif or with Provençal-style foods rich in flavors like olives, garlic, and oily fish such as anchovies and grilled sardines. It also serves as an ideal partner to fish, shellfish, and white meats.
