Intense pink, almost reddish, with a delicate, brilliant, translucent appearance. The aroma suggests fresh red fruit, strawberries and cherries on an acidic, exotic background. The palate follows the suggestion of the nose, is lively, and the sweetness and intensity of the fruit culminate in a long, vibrant finish. Definitely a summer rosé...

Vinification
The grapes were harvested by hand in 20 kg crates, followed by a selection of bunches and berries in the winery. The grapes were gently pressed and the must clarified and fermented in stainless steel vats at 15ºC.
