Salmon pink in colour, with delicate notes of black plum, red berries and hints of citrus and dried flowers. Its body is creamy, with balanced acidity, leading to an intense and fresh finish.
TERROIR
The Bairrada region has a Mediterranean/Atlantic climate, influenced by Atlantic sea breeze, and protected by mountain ranges of Caramulo and Buçaco, which means hot days and cool nights in the summer. The vines grow exposed to the sun and are planted in soft hills of clayey-limestone soils.
