Light salmon coloured wine with an aroma of red fruits, light tropical and a touch of minerality. The palate is lively and fresh, with excellent volume balanced by acidity, and a fine and persistent finish with enormous gastronomic potential
Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes. Grapes of the varieties Touriga Nacionaland Alfrocheiro Preto destemmed and subjected to gentle direct pressing in a pneumatic press, in order to extract little colour, followed by cold decantation of the must obtained. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 16ºC in stainless steel vats. About 20% of the lot aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels.
