On the nose, it has an aroma of raspberries, wild strawberries and discreet floral notes. On the palate, it is dominated by red fruits, with a delicate acidity and a saline finish.
Harvest: Manual.
Vinification: Destemming and careful pressing at low pressure. Cold static decanting for 48 hours. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Ageing: 5 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats.
