Origin: Grapes sourced from vineyards planted on the plateau of Beira Interior, at an average altitude of 750 meters, in shale and granite soils.
Vinification and Ageing: Manual harvest, destemming, and gentle crushing, alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of around 16°C in “perles” (used French oak barrels of 390 liters), followed by aging with batonnage until the end of February, and further bottle ageing.
