This rare wine, with a pale pink colour, presents an intense, rich and complex aroma, with floral and fruity notes such as blueberries and raspberries. In the mouth these aromatic sensations are enhanced and intensified, which together with a good natural acidity, originate a wine with a full, very mineral, dry and fresh finish. Given its rarity we can define it as Elegant, Rare and Original.
Harvested early, after a careful sampling of the grapes in the vineyard, this wine is 100% produced with grapes of the Touriga Franca variety, from the Vinha dos Tátás, the sandy soils of the
Setúbal Peninsula. The grape entered the winery, was refrigerated and gently pressed; the must obtained, after being clarified, fermented at low temperatures (10 – 12ºC), thus achieving a very slow fermentation, aiming to preserve the primary aromas of the grape variety. The final blend was made in March 2019, taking advantage of the “explosion” of aromas and freshness that marks the wines just fermented, and was soon bottled.
