It is a pale pink wine with an intense, rich and complex aroma, with citric and very fresh notes. In the mouth these aromatic sensations are enhanced and intensified, which together with a good natural acidity, very mineral and fresh and Original wine. Very accentuated finish.
Produced with grapes from the Moscatel Roxo grape variety planted in 2003, on the northern slopes of the Serra da Arrábida, in Azeitão, in the vineyards of Quintados Frades. After a careful sampling of the grapes in the vineyard, the date of harvest was set. The grapes entered the winery, was refrigerated and gently pressed; the must obtained, after defecating, fermented at low temperatures (10 – 12ºC), thus achieving a very slow fermentation aiming the preservation of the grape’s primary aromas.
