Limpid aspect, with release of fine and persistent bubble, salmon pink colour, delicate aroma of raspberry and fresh. Very full-bodied flavour in the mouth and full of persistence.
Soft maceration on skins, pneumatic pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats and ageing in bottle with annual bâtonnage. Ageing for 6 years.
