World Wild Wine
This wine symbolizes joy, celebration, great food, good friends, and the good life. A wine of pure pleasure, IMPECÁVEL is elegant and expresses the true essence of traditional Dão wines. It is made entirely from the region’s queen grape, Touriga Nacional. Originally from the Dão, this emblematic Portuguese variety has spread worldwide due to its exceptional quality. However, we believe it expresses itself best in its homeland.
With a very fresh and floral aroma, where bergamot and violet stand out in perfect harmony, this wine differs from other Touriga Nacional wines thanks to its great balance, moderate extraction, lower alcohol content, and the absence of oak aging. The result is a very fresh, easy-to-drink, and highly gastronomic wine. The vines, aged between 30 and 50 years, are mainly located in the Serra da Estrela sub-region, the coolest area of Dão, naturally producing elegant and vibrant wines.
VINIFICATION
The grapes were hand-harvested in 15 kg boxes and carefully transported to the winery, where they were rigorously selected on a sorting table. They were then destemmed and transferred by gravity to temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was racked and underwent malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, where it aged for 6 months before bottling.

Ideal for lightly spiced dishes, red meats, white meats, and pasta.
Vegetarian suggestions: dishes with root vegetables (turnip, sweet potato, beetroot) and legumes (chickpeas, beans, peas), as well as cheese-based dishes. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
