O Produtor, tasting note published in April 3rd 2025

Color: Medium ruby.

Aroma: Perfumed dark fruit with the warm aroma of sweet baking spices, resulting from the judicious use of high-quality oak.

Palate: Dry, with bright acidity that lifts and delineates the fruit very prettily. The tannic structure provides a little grip but is in no way overbearing, presenting a Saint Chinian that is both full of élan and elegance.

Vineyard Productions

A delicious red wine produced with 86% Mourvèdre and 14% Syrah from vines planted on limestone soils and in a Mediterranean climate, located at Domaine Terres Falmet by Yves Falmet.

Winemaking: Handpicked, classical fermentation, followed by maturation in part new 500ml French oak barrels.

Food Pairing: Reflecting the more delicate side of Saint Chinian, this wine can be enjoyed with a wide variety of dishes, such as game and beef. Perfect with roast duck or a spicy sausage.
