Vallegre
A wine that is robust, deep, and soulful. With a high aging potential, it can be enjoyed over the next 8 to 10 years.
Viticulture: From Quinta da Vista Alegre, in the Cima Corgo region, this wine is produced from vines over 80 years old, planted on ancient terraces predominantly facing south.
Vinification: Hand-harvested in small crates, with a careful selection of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in lagares with foot treading after a total destemming of the grapes.
Aging: It aged for 22 months in new French oak barrels. The wine is neither filtered nor cold-stabilized, ensuring that all its natural elements are preserved.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations, keeping the bottle horizontally. As a natural product, the wine may develop sediment over time.
Analysis: Total sugars: 0.6 g/l | pH: 3.61 | Total acidity: 5.3 g/l.
