Intense ruby colour. Aromas of blackberries, violets, pine and dark chocolate. Very elegant mouth, complex and enveloping, with black plums and a fine coffee nuance. Classic and elegant finish.
Vinification and total destemming of the grapes into 15kg boxes. 7 days of fermentation with temperature control. 5 days of maceration.
Aged for 12 months in 3rd year French oak barrels.
Contains sulphites.
