Manual harvest and 50% Alicante Bouschet and 50% Tinta Miúda. Fermentation takes place in marble basins, followed by treading and ageing in new French oak barrels for 18 months.

Deep ruby colour. Very complex nose with notes of spices such as cardamom and pepper, menthol, rock-rose and plum. In the mouth it is voluminous and creamy with firm tannins and an elegant and long finish.
