Ruby color of good intensity. Aroma complex, where notes of red and black fruits appear, complemented by the floral tonality characteristic of the Touriga Nacional. In the mouth it combines a smooth and elegant attack to a harmonious evolution where the acidity and the tannins appear in great balance and the notes of the wood in which it staged are very well integrated. End of great elegance and persistence.
Manual harvesting in 15kg boxes and manual selection, followed by destemming and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature of about 28º C. The grape varieties that integrated the lot, Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinto Roriz, were vinified separately, with maceration throughout the process adapted to the characteristics of each variety. Stage in French oak barrels of different ages.
