O Produtor, tasting note published in November 15th 2020

The Grenache grape shines with wild beauty, elegance and whimsy and no oak contact. Enticing aromas of crisp cherry and blackberry. Medium-bodied,
with silky red fruit flavours, deep spice and liquorice notes.
A wine of equal parts easy and elegant, robust and refined and woven with a web of fine-grained tannins and mineral finish. An incredible tribute to the fresh Montsant hills, with enough body, structure, and freshness to honour any Mediterranean dish.

Terroir Sense Fronteres

Terroir Sense Fronteres began as a quest to harness the unique minerality and soul of Montsant and give liquid voice to the restraint and freshness of the clay hills surrounding Priorat.
Negre is a red and dry blend of the region’s traditional Grenache Noir (75 %) and Carignan (25 %) varieties. The grapes are vinified for 10 days on whole bunches with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks before undergoing a further 8 months of ageing, also in stainless steel. With a dedication to organic farming, this entry-level red speaks of and for the region, a fruitful message in a bottle that rewards those who choose to listen.
