O Produtor, tasting note published in September 5th 2022
Wild red fruit and the savory spice of dried herbs reveal a playful interconnectedness of aromatics and flavor. Pas de Deux moves with a silken, structured grace, balanced, with a web of fine-grained tannins on the palate before fading into a long, lingering finish.
A liquid homage to a region, tradition and place.
Craftsmanship in the vineyard and a lo-fi approach in
the cellar: no destemming, whole bunch pressing,
extremely gentle extraction.

Terroir Al Límit
At Terroir al Límit, we are very aware of being part of the Mediterranean context. Priorat is a historic Mediterranean region with an ancient winemaking tradition. Our culture and terroir are strongly influenced by the Mediterranean climate. The goal at Terroir al Límit is to produce wines of infusion rather than extraction, thus emphasizing elegance instead of the typical weight of Priorat wines.
Our wines are crafted for gastronomy. They are meant to be enjoyed in the company of family and friends, in the lifestyle of southern Europe. Food and wine have always gone hand in hand, as part of a healthy Mediterranean diet. To complement this pure and authentic cuisine, our wines must be light and transparent; they must be flowing, fine, and elegant.
