Tecedeiras
The terroir
The vines are planted on an astonishing geometric terraced landscape built by hand on the typical schist of the region. Originally from the Cima Corgo sub-region, the vines that give rise to this wine face west at an altitude of 300 metres.
Winemaking
Harvested by hand. Hand-picked grapes.
Destemming and light crushing of the grapes.
The grapes ferment in used 500-litre French oak barrels, where they are gently racked and pigeon-holed.
After ageing in barrel for 19 months, the grapes are fined and bottled. The wine is left to rest for a year before being marketed.
All our wines are corked using natural cork.
The wines are neither filtered nor cold-stabilised and may therefore produce a precipitate with age.
Allergens information
Contains sulphites.
