Clear appearance and intense, concentrated ruby colour. Intense aroma of orange blossom and ripe fruit, coffee and spices. In the mouth it is full bodied and complex, with a long finish.
Harvesting and manual grape selection. Cold maceration for 2 days. Alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC in mills. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, where it made the malolactic fermentation.

Casa de Santa Vitória is a company of the Vila Galé Group, one of the main Portuguese hotel groups.
The business of producing quality wines and olive oils, appeared at the end of the 90’s with the acquisition of five estates in Alentejo with a total of 1620 hectares, near Beja, to build the Hotel Vila Galé Cube de Campo.
This wine tourism project offers new experiences, associating leisure, good Alentejo cuisine and the local wines and olive oils.
