Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Post-fermentation maceration for a short period of time. Partial aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Ideal for pairing with lamb or game dishes and aged cheese.

The business of producing quality wines and olive oils, appeared at the end of the 90’s with the acquisition of five estates in Alentejo with a total of 1620 hectares, near Beja, to build the Hotel Vila Galé Cube de Campo.
