Clear appearance and ruby colour of strong concentration. Very balanced aroma, markedly fruity with notes of orange peel, dark chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is very full bodied with tannins present, but soft. Very long finish.
Manual grape harvest and selection. The 3 varieties were vinified separately and were blended only at the end of the stage. Cold maceration for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC in stainless steel mills. Treading with robot and maceration after fermentation for 1 week. Aged for 13 months in new French oak barrels (where it also did the malolactic fermentation) and 1 year in bottle.

The business of producing quality wines and olive oils, appeared at the end of the 90’s with the acquisition of five estates in Alentejo with a total of 1620 hectares, near Beja, to build the Hotel Vila Galé Cube de Campo.
