– Grapes transported in 20kg boxes and stored for 24 hours in a cold
cold chamber at 5ºC. Manual bunch selection.
– Vinification of Syrah in open mills with automatic treading and high work
of extraction.
– Vinification of the Touriga Nacionalin stainless steel vats at lower temperatures (24ºC).
– The aim is to extract the structure of the Syrah and the freshness, exuberance of fruit and
elegance of Touriga Nacional.
– 60% of the blend was aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels.
