Raríssimo

The Raríssimo is an atelier wine, a true gem born from nature, created in limited editions that reflect the essence of the terroir. Launched in late 2019, the Raríssimo by Osvaldo Amado brand aims to produce special, distinctive, and complex wines, characterized by the elegance and longevity typical of Dão wines. Each bottle is a work of art, carefully crafted to provide a unique and memorable experience.

Winemaking and Aging
This wine undergoes total destemming, followed by controlled alcoholic fermentation at 24°C and partial skin maceration. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 48 months in inox, allowing the flavors to integrate and intensify harmoniously.

Food Pairing
The Raríssimo by Osvaldo Amado is the perfect companion for fish dishes, grilled meats, roasted or braised dishes, especially when lightly seasoned and well-structured. Each sip promises a celebration of the originality and rarity that make this wine truly exceptional.

Osvaldo Amado

Osvaldo Amado has been making wines for 32 years and for about two years has decided to restructure his life, abandoning consulting to have more time for the Global Wines Group’s wines and also to be able to create his own wines, in a style never before marketed. Workshop wines, whether classic or modern, but always differentiated by originality and rarity, produced in limited editions. Consequently the company Total Wines and the brand Raríssimo by Osvaldo Amado appear, translated into special wines, made and accompanied entirely by the oenologist and that, for various reasons, will only now reach the appreciators’ glass
