This Rarissimo Dão 2001 - Red, presents an intense ruby colour with abundant brownish tones. Intense aroma with distinct complexity. Intense and complex flavour, soft, elegant and harmonious.
Gastronomic suggestions: Goes well with fish and meat on the grill, roasted or stewed as long as it is lightly seasoned and well structured.
