Hand-harvested in 22 kg boxes
The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed shortly after arrival at the winery. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (22ºC) with prolonged maceration.

Encantos da Quinta – Sociedade Agrícola, is a family business located in Quintelas – Mondrães, Vila Real.
Founded in 2014, it inherited the land and the desire to leave a legacy in the know-how of growing vines and wine.
Managing partner Ana Martins, with this project wants to bring to life the legacy that her uncle Quintino left her, the land and the vineyard.
Because “Ti Quintino”, as he was known to the locals and his niece, didn’t have time to make his dream come true.
